Each stage produces a concrete record before the next decision: continue, narrow the work, or stop.

    Frame the workflow.

    We document the current route: inputs, systems, handoffs, exceptions, approvals, and the consequence worth changing. We name the data and access boundary and the people who can approve or stop the work. If those aren’t clear, we narrow the scope or stop.

  2. 02

    Prove the change.

    We run representative, non-sensitive cases through the proposed change before it touches live work. We compare expected and actual behavior, including failures, exceptions, and cases that should stop.

  3. 03

    Hand over the route.

    If the change proceeds, your team receives operating instructions, dependencies, named owners, open risks, and, where relevant, cutover, rollback, and rerunnable checks. The handoff makes ownership and dependencies explicit so your team can operate and recover the route.

The test record stays with your team.

A demo shows what happened once. The record names the case, reviewer, result, and limit, and includes the checks your team can rerun after handover.
